History
We play a history card game every week that is either Collect the Cards or Go Fish. Mr. De Gree gives us a packet that explains the history that is behind each of the images on the cards. There are two types of ways to play the Go Fish Game. One is by categories and the other one is by the specific card you ask for. The way you play the Collect the Cards Game is the player to left of the shuffler goes first and reads the 1st hint to the player on the left. If the player who got told the hint answers correctly he keeps the card and he grabs a card from the pile and reads it to the person on his left. If the player answers wrong then the reader would read the hint to the next person and wait 5 seconds for the answer. If none of them guess correctly they read the second hint and if the reader reads all hints and no one guesses it correctly the reader keeps the card. For example, one of the cards is called Trebuchet. The Trebuchet is a type of catapult that uses gravity or traction to throw projectiles that weighed up to 350 pounds!!! It is my favorite card out of all of them.
